Includes: Luxury coach travel for the entire trip, 1 night bed & breakfast accommodation, full day at wimbledon with a reserved seat on no. 1 court on 14 july and a tour manager.

*£70 single room supplement. £60 deposit is required at the time of bookings (non-refundable & non-exchangeable). Full payment is due by Friday, April 5.

3	3. TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is highly recommended that you have suitable travel insurance. Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking, please ensure that you travel with a copy of the insurance. Without insurance, any cancellation prior to departure will result in A LOSS OF ALL MONIES PAID. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING EMERGENCY DEPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS OR ANY THREATS AND/OR TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS THAT MAY BE ISSUED AT/OR AROUND TIME OF TRAVEL. Customers are required to pay for the tour in full to the RAF Lakenheath ITT office, even in times of cancellations. Full refunds without insurance are only given if the contractor cancels the trip.
4	4. I understand that this break takes place over the finals weekend and includes a seat on the Number One Court where I can see the stars of tomorrow and yesteryear competing in the Junior and Veteran's events. *
5	5. I understand that it is my responsibility to be at the depature point at least 15 minutes prior to departure. The ITT Office is not responsible for persons missing coach departure at any point during the tour, for any reason whatsoever. There are no refunds for failing to be on time for departure or not being at the correct departure point. *
6	6. All deposits are non-refundable & non-exchangeable for ANY reason from time of booking, from June 2 100% of total cost will be non-refundable & non-exchangeable for ANY reason. Full refund without insurance are only given if the contractor cancels the tour. *
