Includes: round-trip airfare, Budapest airport transfers, three nights' accommodation at a 4-star hotel, guided walking tour of BUdapest, and an experienced tour leader.

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is highly recommended that you have suitable travel insurance. Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking, please ensure that you travel with a copy of the insurance. Without insurance, any cancellation prior to departure will result in A LOSS OF ALL MONIES PAID. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING EMERGENCY DEPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS OR ANY THREATS AND/OR TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS THAT MAY BE ISSUED AT/OR AROUND TIME OF TRAVEL. *Customers are required to pay for the tour in full to the RAF Lakenheath ITT office, even in times of cancellations. Full refunds without insurance are only given if the contractor cancels the trip.

4. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: Please check with your health care provider for up to date requirements. Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap or advanced pregnancy should not participate in these rigorous travel programs.

5. TRANSFERS: Airport Transfers when at your final destination will be included in this package. ITT or the Transfer Company will not be responsible for flight delays or time spent reporting baggage loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements if necessary. Transfer costs are non-refundable and any additional expenses will be your responsibility.

6. I am paying for my trip using the ITT layaway plan. My balance is due by Thursday, January 2, 2025.

7. All deposits are non-refundable & non-exchangeable for ANY reason from time of booking, from Thursday, January 2, 100% of total cost will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable from ANY reason. Full refund without insurance are only given if the contractor cancels the tour.
