4	5. I understand that it is my responsibility to be at the depature point at least 15 minutes prior to departure. The ITT Office is not responsible for persons missing coach departure at any point during the tour, for any reason whatsoever. There are no refunds for failing to be on time for departure or not being at the correct departure point. *
5	6. 100% of total cost will be non-refundable & non-exchangeable for ANY reason. Full refund without insurance are only given if the contractor cancels the tour. *
